Rules for Managing Voice Recordings

  1. Voice recordings may be made for quality assurance purposes for calls initiated and received on customer service phone lines.
  2. The voice recordings are retained for 6 months.
  3. The voice recordings are stored on data carriers owned by IP-Telekom Ltd.
  4. Upon the caller's request, the voice recording will be provided free of charge on a one-time basis. For this, the caller's phone number and the time of the call are required.
